[USA] Postdoc Positon in Molecular Cell Biology at Duke University
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position to study microtubule motor protein structure and mechanism of function using molecular cell biology & genetics, biochemistry, and biophysical methods. Specific projects are to determine the molecular basis of motor stepping, processivity and directionality in vitro and in live cells, and motor function in mediating microtubule dynamics and spindle dynamics in vivo.
Requirements
Applicants should be highly motivated and have previous experience in biochemistry, including kinetics and protein purification, biophysics with an emphasis on cellular studies, or molecular cell biology & genetics.
Application
Interested applicants should send a letter stating specific research interests and background, together with CV, to endow001@mc.duke.edu
