SALES MANAGER (INDONESIA)

You will play an instrumental role in developing and managing partner/channel network for Eaton’s power distribution and control products in Indonesia which includes medium voltage and low voltage switchgear, motor control centre, drive and circuit breaker. The job involves directing and motivating partners / channels in their assigned territories to drive orders and revenue in order to expand the business and secure major accounts. Additionally, you are also required to prepare proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements, perform market analysis to identify potential markets and industries for the business as well as gather competitive intelligence for the marketing team.

The Person:

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power systems/related industries
  • Working experience and general technical knowledge of the electrical industry especially in the areas of mining and oil & gas will be highly preferred
  • Ability to develop and manage effective partnerships by strengthening relationships between partners and customers
  • Good communication, planning and negotiation skills as well as ability to handle and manage multiple projects
  • Highly independent, resourceful and result-driven with good business acumen and a strong passion to excel
  • Adaptable and able to work and thrive well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good command of the English language is a must

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

The Role:

You will be responsible for multifunctional roles including pre-sales and post-sales technical support of power distribution and control products such as medium voltage and low voltage switchgear, motor control centre, drive and circuit breaker. Additionally, you are also required to support customers to prepare proposals and solutions to meet their requirements. Your role is to support the Sales Manager in achieving financial objectives while keeping high customer satisfaction level.

The Person:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with good written and spoken English
  • Must have at least 3-5 years’ working and hands-on experience in the technical/product sales support and services of power distribution and control products such as medium voltage and low voltage switchgear, motor control centre, drive and circuit breakers
  • Working experience and general technical knowledge of the mining and oil & gas industry will be highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and highly technically competent
  • Able to work with internal and external parties without much supervision in a matrix oriented team environment to meet high standards and tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently with sound initiative in a dynamic environment
  • A self-motivated person with positive attitude
